About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Asset Coordinator to oversee and manage the company’s plant assets, including machinery, tools, and infrastructure. This fast-paced role focuses on maintenance, tracking, and optimisation to ensure operational efficiency and asset longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management:

• Maintain detailed records of all plant assets, including equipment, machinery, and tools.
• Monitor asset conditions throughout their life cycle, from acquisition to disposal.
• Track asset-related expenditures and optimise equipment use to control costs.

Maintenance & Compliance:

• Coordinate routine maintenance and preventive upkeep of plant equipment to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all plant assets comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage external vendors for purchasing, repairs, and servicing of equipment.

Reporting & Collaboration:

• Generate performance and status reports on plant assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for effective asset management.
• Work with the finance team to align asset-related costs with the plant’s budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an asset coordination role.
• At least 1 year of experience within the construction or manufacturing sector.
