Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum + 6% bonus, company car, pension, and training opportunities

About the Role:
We are seeking an Embedded Technical Account Manager to oversee account management, team leadership, and project delivery for a global banking client. This dynamic role offers a mix of account management, system management, and involvement in new projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of experience in managing enterprise-level security systems and have a proactive, results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management (60%)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
• Manage and lead the embedded team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering team training and toolbox talks.
• Monitor and report on performance, financials, and project outcomes to stakeholders.

New Projects and Initiatives (30%)

• Support the implementation of new projects and initiatives within the UKMEA region.
• Oversee and manage small works, including moves, adds, and changes, ensuring designs, specifications, and budgets are met.

System Management (10%)

• Provide oversight and management of the client’s systems, including:
  • Prowatch (Access Control System – ACS)
  • Genetec (Video Management System – VMS)
  • HID credentials
  • Alert Enterprise (Physical Identity and Access Management – PIAM)

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise-level security systems.
• Strong understanding of ACS, VMS, and PIAM systems.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and account leadership.
• Ability to oversee technical teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
